The management of this site https://lloviabeauty.com/ (hereinafter - the "Site") is carried out by Private Entrepreneur National State Registry of Ukrainian Enterprises and Organizations code 3075104026, an individual who is registered and acts in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter - the "Company").

The Company has great respect for the confidential (personal) information of all persons without exception who have visited the Site, as well as those who use the services provided by the Site; therefore, the Company endeavors to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and providing the most comfortable conditions for the use of the Site services to each user.

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter - the "Policy") sets out the procedure for the Company's processing of personal data, the types of personal data that are collected, the purposes for which such personal data are used, the Company's interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, the terms of access to personal data, as well as contact information for users to access, amend, block or delete their personal data and to address any issues with the Company.

Collection and use of personal data


The owner and manager of personal data of users of the Site is Private Entrepreneur Tokarskaya Vera Vitalievna

When the user uses the services of the Site, the Company processes the user's data, namely:

  • data provided by the user both when filling in registration forms and when using the services;
  • cookies;
  • IP addresses;
  • parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).

The Company collects only those personal data (for example, your name and surname, login and access password, e-mail address, contact telephone number, date of birth, gender, etc.), which are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as a subject of personal data for the purposes of using the services of the Site, which in accordance with the requirements of the legislation is the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.

When visiting the Site, all logins are recorded. Other information on the user's traffic is not processed and not stored.

Please note: The Company is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfill the request of the subject of personal data. In any case, when optional information is requested, the user will be notified at the time of collection of such information.

The Company does not collect any information, to the processing of which the legislation establishes certain requirements, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or worldview beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction for a criminal offense or sentenced to criminal punishment, as well as data relating to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data").

The Company collects data on the statistics of visiting the Site. The data may contain information about the connection, traffic, browser of the user, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and the stay on the Site.

Processing of personal data

Processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centres where the equipment ensuring the functioning of the Website services is located. The provided personal data are processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Base or a separate table of the Site Database.

Purposes of using personal data

Your personal data are used for the purposes of providing Internet services of the Website, information/news exchange, advertising and communication relations in accordance with and pursuant to the laws of Ukraine, including, but not limited to: "On Protection of Personal Data", "On Ratification of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data concerning supervisory authorities and cross-border data flows".

Retention period of personal data

Personal data are stored for a period no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.

Once the data subject has ceased to be a user of the Site by deleting his/her account on the Site, his/her personal data will also be automatically deleted.

Use of cookies

Privacy of the personal data subject's activity on the Website

Information about users' activity (traffic) on the Site that passes through the network, or the user's email is protected by law. That is, the Company in no way or manner violates the secrecy of the user's "activity" when the latter uses the services of the Site.

Protection of personal data

Dissemination of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or a person authorized by him/her is permitted in cases defined by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.

Conditions of access to personal data

The procedure for access to personal data of third parties is determined by the terms of the user's consent given to the personal data controller to process this data, or as required by law.

The user has the right to obtain any information about himself from any subject of the relationship related to personal data, provided that the surname,
name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay) and details of the document certifying the natural person submitting the request, except in cases established by law.

The user's access to his/her personal data is free of charge.

Postponement of the user's access to his/her personal data is not allowed.

Deferred access to the personal data of third parties is allowed if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. At the same time, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.

The notice of postponement shall be communicated in writing to the third party who submitted the request, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing against such decision.

The decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights or the court.

Rights of the subject of personal data

The Company brings to your attention your rights as a subject of personal data, which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", namely:

1) to know about the sources of collection, location of your personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or give a corresponding instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;

2) to receive information on the conditions of granting access to personal data, in particular information on third parties to whom his personal data are transferred;

3) to have access to his/her personal data;

4) to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, an answer as to whether his/her personal data are being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;

5) to submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of his/her personal data;

6) to make a reasoned demand for the alteration or destruction of his/her personal data by any personal data controller or data controller if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

7) to protect his/her personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect him/her from providing information that is inaccurate or defamatory of honour, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;

8) file complaints about the processing of his/her personal data with the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in court;

9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;

10) to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process one's personal data when giving consent;

11) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12) to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;

13) to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him/her.

Modification of the Policy

This Policy may be amended and supplemented from time to time and without prior notice to the user, including in the event of changes in legal requirements

In the event of material changes to this Policy, the Company will post a notice on the Site and specify the effective date of such changes. If you do not revoke them in writing within that time period, you will be deemed to have accepted the relevant changes to the Policy.
