Returns Policy

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, perfumes and cosmetics are included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return or exchange. The document states the following: "The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the goods do not satisfy him in form, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons can not be used by him for its intended purpose".

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994 On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" approved the List of Goods of Good Quality, not subject to exchange/return, including: perfumes and cosmetics, combs, combs and massage brushes, goods in aerosol packaging.

We recommend:

When receiving an order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of an employee of New Post or Ukrposhta. If you notice external signs of non-compliance of the goods (damaged packaging during transport or other signs that bother you), please write a claim to the transport company and issue a refund.

Claims for external inspection are accepted only at the time of delivery or receipt of goods at New Post or Ukrposhta.

The goods can not be returned after the fact of at least one use or damage to the packaging.

If you have accepted the order, paid, let the courier go, left the post office or self-delivery point, it means that the purchased goods fully meet our promises and your expectations.

What is possible to return:

You can return an item within 14 days if:

  • the goods are not included in the List approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 172 of 19.03.1994
  • you have received the goods of improper quality;
  • the contents of the parcel do not correspond to the description of the package (with violation of assortment, quantity, completeness or packaging);
  • the goods have not been used and have no traces of use;
  • the goods are complete and have their original packaging;
  • the product is exactly the one sold by our shop.

After returning the goods, provided that its consumer properties and trade dress are preserved, the money is refunded within 14 days after dispatch.
